A pair of houses built as one composition. Circular 1820/30. Three
storeys and basement. Two windows each. Stuccoed. Stringcourse above
ground floor and panels of balustrading below the two centre first floor
windows. Pilasters above the ground floor, the outside ones single Doric,
and pairs of coupled Ionic on the inside of the outer windows. Cornice and
parapet partly balustraded. Outer windows on second floor triple windows,
on the first floor flattened bow windows of three lights with pilasters
between the lights and cornices over, on the ground floor canted bay
windows. The two centre windows on all floors in architrave surrounds,
the first floor ones with pediments over supported on consoles. Glazing
bars missing except on the top floor.

Nos 1 to 7 (consec) and Nos 9 to 20 (consec) form a group.
