C17. Barn. Timber framed, black weatherboards and ridge and gable roof clad
in corrugated asbestos (formerly thatch). Midstrey faces south and has jettied
tie-beams on profile sawn brackets - great doors missing. Five bays long with
joggled side-girts and flat studs, posts with long jowls and wind braces from
studs to posts. Arch bracing to both ties and top-plates in rear wall. Roof
has side-purlins and collars, wind-braced in pitch from gables to centre.
