House, now offices. 1836. Rendered on ashlar plinth; hipped Welsh slate roof; stone chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays South elevation. 12 pane sash windows below, 3-pane sashes above, in plain raised surrounds; central 6-panel door in Regency style surround with Doric pilasters, entablature with rosettes and flat hood: side elevation of 2 bays to match; pedimented doorway on North elevation.
Interior not seen.
Built by Mr Edward Cooper in 1836, it was burnt out before being occupied, and had to be reconstructed. Sweetman says it incorporates fragments of a C17 house (Sweetman G, History of Wincanton, c1904).
