Situated with garden on corner of Upton Road and Pellhurst Road. Circa
1830/50 villa two storeys stucco faced to East. Rough cast jettied first
floor to South. Low pitch hipped slate roof, wide eaves, deep frieze.
To East front: two superimposed bow windows of three lights, sashes, glazing
bars intact, ground floor cornice, the eaves of roof are curved out over
first floor bows. The entrance is on South side to street where the
jettied first floor has a crenellated parapet. One window. The door is
recessed of four moulded panels, two glazed, plain surround, flanked by
Doric pilasters, frieze and cornice over. The East front has three windows
on first floor, two to ground floor, recessed, sash, glazing bars intact
ground floor, block sills. Conservatory added.
