Circa 1840, Two storeys, attic and semi-basement. Three windows. One
dormer. Cemented front, but now overgrown with Virginian creeper. Wide
overhanging eaves. Slate roof. Windows in moulded surrounds with sills.
Glazing bars intact. Porch of solid type with quarter fluted-columns up
three steps. The garden front has a wide elliptical bow of trio windows
rising to an extra storey with a half conical roof. Verandah on ground
floor with slate roof.
