Circa 1840/50 villa. Two storeys and high semi-basement. Stone rubble
faced with rendered quoins, plinth and first floor sill course. Low
pitch hipped slate roof, projecting eaves. Four windows, two in bow
through height of building to South, recessed, sash, no glazing bars
except in basement, plain rendered surrounds, block sills. First floor
window above doorway is narrow and round headed. The door is recessed,
panelled with a semi-circular fanlight, Doric pilasters with incised
panels flanking. Rendered porch built out with barrel vault leaded
roof. Outer double panelled doors (later) recessed, semi-circular
fanlight with radial glazing bars. Flanked by pilasters with incised
panels with Greek Key pattern. Architrave over. Flight of ten steps
with rendered parapets, capped piers.

Nos 4 to 9 (consec) form a group.
