Circa 1830/40. Three storeys and basement stucco faced. Pilasters flanking
and in the centre of the front, their lowest section plain, the upper por-
tions fluted and with leaf capitals. String course over ground floor. Low
pitch hipped slate roof, eaves cornice. Four windows, recessed, sash,
glazing bars intact block sills. Wooden verandah of later date with glass
roof, on ground floor.
