Late C18/Early C19. Adjoining above. Similar red brick fronts, stepped downhill.
Large brick chimneys, gabled dormers. No 15 has early C19 shop front retaining
glazing bars. Sash windows without glazing bars. Slate roofs with two dormers.
No 16 has a corrugated iron roof.
All the listed buildings of Lower North Street form a group.
