Nos 5 and 6 were destroyed by fire but the fronts have been rebuilt in facsimile
making the terrace complete in appearance. 2 storey, 3 window red brick houses
circa 1810. Round-headed doorways with wood architraves, except Nos 1 and 8, which have semi- circular hoods, the former having lamp incorporated in fanlight. Modillion cornice to parapet. No 1 has 2 storey, 3 window front to Heavitree Road with one iron balcony. Sash windows with glazing bars to all except No 9. Nos 1-4 has six-panel doors with panelled reveals. Parapet, roofs not visible. Nos 1 to 4 (consec) and Nos 7 to 9 (consec) form a group.
