C18, 2 storey and attic, 2 dormers at rear. Stucco on brick, lined as ashlar.
Slates, mutule cornice, pediment over centre break forward of 4 1/2 ins, flank
pilasters. 3 windows, sash with glazing bars and flush frames. Now 4-panel
door, arched radial bar fanlight. Band below 1st floor cills, plinth.
