Early C19. Yellow stock brick with coped parapet, stucco bands between each floor. Roof not visible. Four storeys and basement, three windows, all unbarred sashes with gauged flat arches, those of first floor set in recessed brick arches with stucco bands at impost height. Round headed doorway. Wrought iron railings.

Nos 396 to 410 (even) form a group.
