House. C17, with C19 and C20 extensions to ends and at right angles to rear.
Timber framed, clad in rough coursed, snecked sandstone rubble with ironstone
galleting and brick angle quoins, plain tiled roofs. Two storeys, built into
hillside with basement storey to right half. T-shaped plan with stacks to rear,
one C17 base at junction with wing, supporting rebuilt flue. Three leaded case-
ment windows to first floor and two through-eaves gabled dormers on extension to
left. Five ground floor windows and one basement window to right. Part glazed
door to centre under gabled hood on supports.
