Farmhouse, early C19, squared ironstone with ashlar dressings, Bridgwater tile roofs, coped gables and end stacks. Tall three-storey, three-window front with large segmental-headed openings, flush quoins, flush ashlar banding over ground and first floors and moulded eaves cornice. Windows are casements with top-lights, four-light except to centre where first and second floor windows are narrower and three-light. Central arched doorway with six-panel door, fanlight and large hood on brackets. End gables are banded in ashlar. Paired hipped rear wings with similar segmental-headed windows.
