House. Circa late C17/early C18, C20 renovations. Colourwashed rendered cob;
thatched roof, gabled at ends; projecting right end stack, left end stack with
dismantled shaft.
Plan : Single depth 2 room plan with a central entrance and 2 heated rooms, 1 room
plan addition with tiled roof at right end.
Exterior : 2 storeys. 3 window symmetrical front with a central front door and C20
casement windows with leaded panes, 3 to the first floor, 2 to the ground floor.
Interior : Largely modernized. Roughly-chamfered cross beam to right hand room of
main block, both fireplaces largely rebuilt.
Group value with Berribridge House.
