House. Probably C18. Colourwashed rendered cob; thatched roof with plain ridge,
half-hipped at left end, hipped at right end; rear lateral stack with brick shaft.
Plan: Single depth main range, probably 2 rooms wide with an entrance at the left end
of the front facing a straight stair; small rear left wing at right angles to the
main range; single-storey block with tiled roof adjoins main range at left end.
2 storeys. Asymmetrical 3-window front with regular fenestration; thatched porch on
posts on front at left; eaves thatch eyebrowed over 3 first floor windows;
fenestration of 2-light casements, 6 panes per light.
Interior: Not inspected.
The house is raised above Bullen Street at the end and is conspiciously-sited.
