House. C18, extended C19. Timber-framed, faced in whitewashed brick with
Welsh slate roof and gault brick central ridge stack. Baffle-entry 3-unit
plan extended. 2 storeys; 2-window range of 4/8 over 8/8 unhorned sashes.
Shutters to ground floor windows. Central part-glazed door. On left end a
3-light casement with 2-light over. Outshut to rear. Interior has 2 bays of
tall panel framing to right with partition wall removed, and an inglenook
with bressummer and hood. Section to left has no exposed framing and may be
C19 rebuilding or extension. Ground floor room has C19 slate fireplace with
painted marbling. Tiebeam trusses visible to first floor right. C19 brick
fireplace in outshut where on former rear wall of house is visible the
blocklike scoring of the original stucco covering.
