House, later inn, now shop and offices. Early/mid C19. Coursed squared
sandstone with ashlar dressings; Welsh slate roof with yellow brick chimneys.
2 storeys. 3 bays. Central flushed door and plain overlight in stone surround
of panelled pilasters and round brackets supporting prominent pediment;
'Licensed to let hack horses' painted on fascia. Early C20 shop at left with
bracketed fascia; ground-floor right sash window. First-floor sash with
damaged glazing bars at left, and blocked window at right, have flat stone
lintels and projecting stone sills. Half-hipped roof has chimneys at front of
hip and at rear of hip at right.
