Late C18 or early C19. 2 storeys in coursed stone with rusticated quoins. Pantile
roof with coped gable ends with kneelers and brick stacks. 3 windows, hung sashes
with glazing bars, stone lintels with keystones. 2 splayed bays of 3 lights
to ground floor, hung sashes with glazing bars. Centre doorway with door of
6 panels up 3 steps and open pedimented head on consoles, carved pilasters.
Semi-circular fanlight with cable moulding below. Cavetto moulded eaves cornice.

Nos 29 to 31 (consec) Pickering United Reformed Church, Railings and gates in
courtyard Nos 33 to 47 (consec) and Nos 49 to 52 (consec) form a group.
