Granary and Cart lodge, Circa 1800. Weatherboarded timber frame on brick
plinth. Gambrel half-hipped roof clad in corrugated asbestos sheets.

Rectangular plan,4 of the 7 bays are open at the front for carts or implements
and the granary above has external stairs to first floor doorway at right
(east) end.

2 Storeys, bays 2, 3, 4 and 5 are open at front and have timber posts
with small curved braces at top. Seven roof lights in the gambrel roof
above. External wood stairs to the first floor doorway on right hand (east
end).

Interior: partition posts add long curved braces to the wall posts separating
each bay and supporting the tie beams which take the joists of the granary
above in the collared gambrel roof.
