Also known as Aucher Villas. Three later Victorian semi-detached houses on three sides of a courtyard. Two storeys rubble with stone dressings. Roof has fishscale tiles. One gable each with large fretted bargeboards and one hipped dormer. Ground floor has three light canted bay with leaded lights. Porch with tiled roof and wooden door.

Nos 41 to 46 (consec) and stone wall to Aucher Close form a group.
