House. Late C18. Squared sandstone to front with painted chamfered quoins
to left; coursed sandstone rubble to side and rear; pantile roof with
rebuilt brick stack. Single cell direct-entry plan, 1½ rooms deep. 2-
storey, 2-window front. C20 6-panel door with overlight to right and 4-pane
sash to left. Two 4-pane sashes to first floor. Painted stone sills to all
windows and painted heavy lintels to all openings. Cavetto moulded eaves
course. End left stack.
