House. Late C16. Timber framed with whitewashed brick infill and half-hipped
plain tiled roof. Smoke bay house at right angles to lane. Two storeys and
four framed bays with tension bracing to the first floor. Offset end stack to
right and rear, and evidence that roof was once raised. Three first floor
windows and two windows below. Corrugated plastic roofed porch to ground
floor left, half-glazed with stable style outer door and planked inner door.
Loft doors to eaves on left hand return front, gable end facing the lane now
weatherboarded. New entrance in brick end porch at right angles to lane.
