House, now office and shop. Late C18 with later alteration and subdivision. Squared sandstone with tooled sandstone quoins and dressings; pantile roof with brick stacks, one rebuilt. Originally three cell, hearth-passage plan. Two storey, three window front. Right of centre C20 board door flanked by four-pane sashes. Remodelled opening to end left with C20 concrete keyblock lintel over C20 shop front. Four-pane sashes to first floor. Raised keyblock lintels to all openings and painted stone sills to all windows. Coped gables and shaped kneelers. End right and right of centre stacks to steeply-pitched roof.
