Detached cottage. Probably C18. Ham stone cut and squared, ashlar dressings; plain clay tiled roof over stone slate
base courses between stepped coped gables; chimney removed from crown of south gable, north gable has gabletted finial.
Two storeys, 2 bays. Hollow-chamfered mullioned windows of 3 lights in chamfered, recesses, without labels above and
with separate labels below, all rectangular-leaded with sage iron-framed opening lights: between bays a chamfered
cambered-arched doorway with deep lintol, no label, framing a C20 part-glazed door. C20 windows in north gable; small
extension to north-east corner. Interior not seen.
