1876-8 by Drewe and Bower. Early French Gothic style. Greek cross plan with
tower springing up beside the south arm. Ragstone with stone dressings and tiled
roof. Big west gable with bold bar-traceried window, Tall rectangular tower with
very steep hip and lucarnes attached to south. Rose window to east. South front
has 3 smaller gables, one incorporating the entrance. Included as it is rare to
find Methodist Churches in Early French Gothic style.
