Cottage in row. Dated 1794. Ham stone cut and squared, ashlar dressings; Welsh slate roof over stone slate base courses
between stepped coped gables; brick end chimney stacks. Two storeys, 2 bays. Mullioned windows of 3 lights, beaded with
simple architraves, the lower windows markedly deeper; upper bay 1 out of alignment; between bays a 6-panel door with
toplights in plain chartered opening, under moulded stone slab hood on rudimentary console brackets, lintol inscribed
'TMH 1794'. Interior not seen.
