A C15 timber-framed building now fronted with yellow brick facing Westgate
Street and with painted brick on the ground floor and tiles above facing North
Lane. The overhang on the 1st floor is preserved and there is a small piece
of timbering exposed at the extreme north end on the 1st floor. Sash windows
inserted, Glazing bars intact. 3 storeys 1 window facing St Dunstan's Street.
2 storeys. 3 windows facing North Lane.
