factory. Early C18, modified. Ham stone ashlar facade, coursed rubble to sides and rear; steeply pitched hipped Welsh
slate roof; brick and stone chimney stacks to rear. Two storeys, 7 bays. Plinth, eaves course, rusticated quoins;
cruciform pattern muilioned and transomed casements in plain architraves, the lower windows grouped under hoods with
pulvinated base mould; later projecting stone porch with timber eaves course and flat roof, with steel French outer
doors. C19 extension on west side. Interior not seen.
