Lodge house to Brabyns Park, now house. Early C19. Dressed
stone with slate roof. 2 x 1 bays with 2 storeys at the
front, 3 at the rear, canted ends and a single-storey
addition to the west. 2 3-light chamfered stone mullion
windows to each floor. On the first floor is an oval
uninscribed plaque. The canted end walls each have a blocked
doorway with moulded surround and a blocked window above.
Each end elevation has 2 3-light mullion windows, a blocked
entrance at the lower level and an arched recess within the
gable. Total of 6 3-light flat-faced mullion windows to rear
(one blocked) and three blind window recesses. Ridge chimney
stack.
