Early C18. 3 storeys brick. No 85 is painted. Hipped tiled roof. Moulded
wooden eaves cornice. 4 sashes in all, most with verticals only. Late C19
shopfront.

Forms a group with Nos 4 to 6 (consec) Linden Grove.
