Semi detached cottage. C17 or early C18, probably. Ham stone coursed rubble, ashlar dressings; double Roman clay tiles
with coped south gable, abutment to north; brick chimney stack. Two storeys, 2 bays. Hollow-chamfered mullioned windows
in chamfered recesses, with horizontal-bar casement inserts; above, 3-light, the windows unusually deep; below, 4-light
with labels; between bays a cambered-arched doorway with deep lintol and separate label framing a C20 boarded door. In
south gable a stairlight and a 2-light mullioned window. Interior not seen.
