Cottage of red brick with some blue headers for decoration. Swithland slate roof to front of c1970. Dentilled brick eaves decoration. First floor band of red brick stretchers and blue brick headers. Central open trellis porch. The attic has two C19 half dormer windows, with pointed arched lights under segmental brick lintels, and gabled with bargeboards. Between them is a plaque inscribed J.E. 1731 for John Emmerton. (Photo Oct 2014).
