House, now dental surgery. "HSA 1755" on datestone above
door. Flemish bond brick with graduated stone slate roof.
Double-depth central-staircase plan with 2 storeys.
Projecting brick plinth and corner pilasters. Bracketed
eaves gutter. Central doorway has 4-panel door with
interlaced fanlight,moulded imposts and keystone. The 5
windows which are all C20 casements have stone sills and
timber lintels. Ridge and gable chimney stacks and a C20
porch at rear.
