Late C18, 5 storeys and attic, brick, stone plinth, wood frieze and gutter cornice,
roof altered to Mansard slate. 2 dormer windows, 2 windows on 2nd floor, one
1 storey segmental 3 window bow on 1st floor and 1 window and door to left hand
on ground floor. 6 panelled door with plain rectangular fanlight in Greek Doric
doorcase of engaged columns and entablature with triglyph frieze.

The Public Library and Nos 1, 2, 4, 6 form a group.
