Detached house of circa 1840. Engraved stucco with moulded eaves cornice and
parapet. Two storeys and attic. Three sash windows in moulded architraves. Sill
bands. Doorcase with rectangular fanlight in moulded architrave with steps up and
flanked by iron forecourt railings.
