Early C17 house of 2 storeys and attic, 4 bays. High pitched, half-hipped tiled
roof with compound ridge stack of old bricks with cornice in several planes. Two
modern gabled dormers. Timber framing concealed by fishscale tile hanging on 1st
floor and red brick with some blue headers below. Small leaded casements. Central
pent porch of circa 1900 has wood balustrading. Inside much exposed timber including
jowled posts and long braces. Modern rear extensions.
