Head gardener's cottage. c1775, altered mid C19. Part red brick in English bond
but south east front faced with mathematical tiles. Hipped tiled roof with
brick chimneystack. L-shaped building of 2 storeys with 3 windows to south
east and south west fronts. South east front has 3 sashes with vertical
glazing bars, horns and moulded architraves. Central late C18 6 fielded
panelled door with rectangular fanlight. Late C19 gabled wooden porch with
seats. North and south west fronts have 12 paned sashes and north front
has late C18 6 flush panelled door.
