This photograph was taken on 15 June 2013 during the installation of new railings on Shepherds' Hill. The railings were installed by Surrey Highways, in the Haslemere Town Conservation Area, contrary to the advice of Waverley Borough Council not to erect anything 'taller than the existing'.
