Early C16, C18. Timber-framed house with later additions. 2 storeys and
attic, south front of 3 gables, 3 windows. Red tile roofing, tile hanging
to south gables and west gable. Exposed timber-frame on east and north,
with red brick infill; other walling in red brickwork, some of mixed bond,
also Flemish Garden Wall bond and Flemish bond with rubbed flat arches,
plinth. Massive chimney on north side. Casements, and also sashes in
exposed frames. Tuscan porch with 2 columns, 2 pilasters, boarded cheeks,
architrave, fanlight and 6-panelled door.
