House and shop, Front range late C18, Rear range mid C18. Front red brick in Flemish bond with cemented dressings. Slate roof, hipped at left end and brick chimneystacks. Three storeys; 6 windows. Cemented parapet with moulded eaves cornice, Second floor has 6 9-pane sashes. First floor has 12-pane sashes with horns. Ground floor has late C19 shopfront with fascia, end pilasters and series of panels. Two cement bands. Rear range of red brick with diaper grey headers and hipped tiled roof. Two storeys; 3 windows. Raised parapet with stone coping and band between floors. Church Lane elevation is of rusticated stone to ground floor, cement rendered above with stone coping. First floor has one 8-pane sash and C20 casement. Ground floor has continuation of shopfront. Interior has original joinery including 2 and 6 panel doors, some with reeded cornices and paterae, wooden fireplaces, one with swags and paterae to frieze. One straight flight staircase, one well staircase and curved staircase with stick balusters and curved tread ends.
