Terrace of 4 houses. c1840. Stucco over ashlar with brick
core, concealed roof and brick party-wall stacks. Double depth
plan with service ranges to rear, that to right returns to
Bethesda Street.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 7 first-floor windows, arranged 2:2:2:1
(with 3-window return to right. Horizontal rustication to
ground-floor; first- and second-floor bands; crowning frieze,
low parapet and copings, end houses have taller parapets. 6/6
sashes where original, taller to first floor; all in plain
reveals and with sills. Entrances to left, right, then left
are 4-panel doors (some part-glazed) with overlights; similar
entrance to centre of right return. Mouldings continue to
right return, which has 6/6 sashes throughout.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Part of a fine street of mostly 1830s and 1840s terrace houses
grouping with Bethesda Chapel (qv).
