GV II

House with attached warehouse. Mid C17, altered early C19. Red
brick. Roof of plain tiles and pantiles. 2 storeys; 2-window
range. Ground floor rendered and colourwashed, all openings
blocked. Two 2/2 horned sashes to first floor. Mansard roof,
with plain tiles to lower slope. Warehouse range extends
north-east along Row 71, reduced to one storey late C19: flat
felt roof. Lap-glazed windows. Main door with re-used jambs
with double ovolo mouldings and barred tongue stops.
