House. Late C17, with later modifications and additions.
Painted C19 brick with some timbering, and plain tiled roof.
Built in 2 distinct phases, each 2-storeyed. Right-hand
section a single-window range, with 12-pane sash cutting the
dentilled eaves band. 6-panelled, part-glazed door with
vestigial canopy hood. Coped gable and axial stack. Left-hand
section has two 12-pane sash windows with single ring cambered
heads on each floor, and gabled dormers in the roof. In the
gable wall, the cambered truss and raking struts of the roof
structure are exposed, and fragments of wall framing are also
visible.
