Terrace of 4 houses, now attached pair. Mid C19. Coursed,
squared limestone rubble with brick ridge and right-hand gable
stacks, and slate roof. Double-depth plan including rear
service range. Right-hand coped gable with moulded kneelers.
Central entrances with segmental pointed heads formerly to
inner doorways, now with C20 doors. 3-light flat-faced
stone-mullioned windows, with flat heads on ground floor, and
segmental pointed heads on first floor, with casements with a
horizontal bar; raking dormers extend below the ridge with
2-light casements. No.58 has an inserted central first-floor
late C20 casement. INTERIOR not inspected.
No.56 was listed on 25/04/77.
