House. c1840s. Limestone ashlar, coursed rubble sides, ashlar
ridge and rear lateral stacks and a slate hipped roof.
Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; 2-window range with a wide
right-hand projecting wing and continuous plat band. Left-hand
semicircular-arched doorway with a raised surround, impost and
key, 4-pane fanlight and C20 panelled door. The wing has a mid
C19 canted bay with crenellated parapet and 2/2-pane sash, and
8/8-pane first-floor sashes. WELLINGTON VILLA incised in plat
band over door. Rear 2-storey outshut. Right-hand return a
2-window range. INTERIOR not inspected.
