House and cottage, now house. c1740, with late C20 additions and alterations. Coursed squared stone with ashlar dressings and stone slate roofs with 3 stone gable stacks. Quoins, wooden gutter and brackets. 2 storeys; 3 window range. House, to right, has two 2-light stone mullioned windows with rebated surrounds, and below, a central C20 gabled porch flanked by a similar 2-light window to left and a 3-light window to right. Beyond, to right, late C20 single storey addition in sympathetic style. Lower 2 storey cottage, to left, has a single stone-mullioned 2-light window on each floor, the lower one larger. To its right, a doorway with stone lintel. Rear has similar stone-mullioned windows, the lower right one with 3 lights. INTERIOR not inspected.
