GV II

House, now offices. Late C18, altered mid C19 and late C20.
Red brick, with rendered ground floor, ashlar dressings and
slate roof with coped gables and brick ridge stack. Plinth,
ground floor cornice, first floor sill band, brick eaves. 3
storeys; 3 window range of original segment-headed 12-pane
sashes. Above, 3 similar 9-pane sashes. Ground floor has 4
plain sashes and to right, a door with overlight.
