House and workshop. c.1840. Brick with plain tile and slate
roofs. Partly colourwashed. Rendered plinth, dentillated eaves.
2 gable and single side wall stacks. 2 storeys, 2 bays wide by 5
bays deep. L-plan. Windows are glazing bar sashes with splayed
keystoned stucco lintels to ground floor openings. Front has
central door with simple Classical doorcase with overlight.
Flanked by single sashes. Above, 2 sashes. West gable has to
left, a casement, and to right, external stack on stone brackets.
Above, 2 casements. Rear has, above, blank opening and 2
casement, all with segmental heads. Workshop has to west to left,
a casement and a door. To their right, a casement flanked by a
garage door and astable door. To right again, opening and
stable door with common lintel. Above, to left, casement and
door. To right, 2 casements. Remains of external stack.
