Cottage, now offices. c.1840. Brick with concrete tile and
slate roof. Partly rendered. Plinth, stucco dressings,
dentillated eaves. 2 gable stacks. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Windows
are mainly glazing bar sashes. ground floor openings have
keystoned stucco lintels. Front has central door flanked by
single sashes. Above, 2 sashes, West gable has adjoining C20
wooden garage with slate roof. West gable has 2 C20 casements on
each floor.
