Mid C19. Cottage. South elevation galleted nodular flint, with yellow brick
dressings. Hipped slate roof. North elevation beach flint, with red brick dressings
Red brick chimney with yellowbrick cornicing.
2 storeys. Yellow brick modillion eaves cornice. 2 ranges of double-hung sash
windows with glazing bars to south. 1 4-panelled door with semi-circular fanlight,
and blocked window above.
2 storey wing to north.

Nos 64 to 84 (even) form a group together with the wall opposite on the south side.
